We had the pleasure of working with Stacy Witthoff when we purchased a commercial real estate property on Marco Island. This was something we had never done and Stacy was so helpful during all of it from attending City Council/Planning Board meetings with us, writing letters to Council, meeting with contractors/inspectors, the list goes on and on. From start to finish this was a nine month ordeal and Stacy stuck with us all those months! We cannot express how grateful we feel to have had Stacy as or realtor. We searched the internet, telephoned and interviewed prospective realtors over the phone, and selected Joe Rivera, Jr. of John R. Wood Properties as our Ave Maria realtor. It’s obvious that Joe loves his job, values every client and respects every home owner and potential buyer. Bob was referred to us by our realtor in Asheville NC. After a previous out of state referral, that went nowhere, we were pleasantly excited to be lucky enough to have Bob on our side. My husband who had been in sales for 40+ years, really appreciated the high level of professionalism Bob displayed throughout the whole process, from the listing, to the final papers.
