From the start, Joe was very adamant about doing things his way. He brought in his buyers and we had to go along with their schedule of events: a deadline to accept the offer, an inspection at the buyers convenience, date and time of walk thru, and closing date. Joe also wanted us to leave the keys in a lock box before the closing was finalized because the buyers had a u haul of furniture in the oasis parking lot. He was clearly bias toward the buyers, but since we got our asking price we accepted it. In my opinion, he did not have our best interests in mind.

For some reason our home was very challenging to sell, despite it’s excellent condition and value for the price. Matt went the ‘extra mile’, and then another ‘extra mile’, and then even more ‘miles’.
