We saw 1 condo online that we decided to look at and Kyra was the listing agent. That is how we connected with her. It was our lucky day. She was a fabulous agent in every way. We liked the first condo we looked at but wanted to fulfill a due diligence of looking at other options. Kyra put together other options for us and patiently took us to those listings over the course of a couple of days. We ended up buying the first condo we looked at so she was the listing agent as well as the selling agent. We left Florida immediately after the inspection so all aspects of the purchase were handled by Kyra. She went above and beyond — handled getting a mold inspection as well as bids from various mold remediation companies. She even coordinated getting the locks changed after the closing and sent the keys to us. The condo we purchased needs repairs and updates. Kyra provided a list of contacts to us of potential people to provide the needed services. My husband and I both highly recommend Kyra. If we buy another property in the Ft. Myers area, we would definitely use Kyra Quarles.

Kyra and her team knew this was a highly competitive and quick moving market and came to the showing with their professionalism and details of this property. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming answering every question I had. She had information about the island itself giving us a comfort of the area’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Once the contract was signed, Kyra and her team continued with helpfulness and guidance in the areas of owning FL real estate: home inspections, insurance, and many other helpful ins and outs of owning investment property in FL.
