BJ is a consumate professional and just an all around good person. He handled every aspect of my land purchase to a perfection. Not only is BJ a professional, he is a good person to have in your corner. He knows the people in the area and can connect you to them so that you can make a purchase and align with the necessary resources without a hitch. He understands the urgency of delivering the offer correctly and does it with the proper followup and professionalism that allows you to win your deal. For my purchase there were environmental and marine study's that needed to occur prior to closing and BJ stayed on top of those needs to make sure that they happened on time.
