It was an absolute pleasure working with Matthew Vos to sell our home in Naples. There are many realtors in SWFL to choose from and we are extremely happy that we chose Matthew. He came to our first meeting fully prepared with an extensive knowledge of SWFL, the current market conditions, inventory and our community. During our meeting he walked through the house with us and gave us great suggestions on how to best showcase our home's features. He has an amazing eye for details! We appreciate that he took the time to listen to our wants/needs and answered all of our questions. He gave a great presentation about his company and marketing strategy. We were sold and he immediately went to work on our listing. He had professional photos taken of our home, including aerial and high tech matterport photos. His description of our house was perfect and he even created special features and floor plan sheets. We were under contract in 3 days for full asking price! His work didn't stop there though. He continued to guide us through the process even showing up at closing. Matthew genuinely cares about his customers and it shows through his professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. On top of it all, he's just a really nice person! We definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

We met Kevin when he sold my parents a home. He was so helpful through their entire experience, communicating with them every step of the way. When we decided to list our home, he was very responsive, but we changed our minds and waited three more years to sell. We kept in touch, and when we were ready, he was our first call. Kevin is very honest and straightforward. He did not give us false expectations, though we ended up getting full asking price in the end. Since we live out of state, he was willing to meet inspectors and contractors in our place. He worked so hard for us, even through a difficult deal with several delays. He kept us informed every step of the way. We could not be happier that we chose Kevin as our realtor, and would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Jeff was awesome to work with helping us find the perfect condo in Naples Florida. I would highly recommend hiring Jeff to help you find your dream home. Jeff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by meeting several contractors for us to let them in the condo prior to us closing on the property so we could get bids and hire the contractor of our choice to renovate the condo.
