A job well done. My wife and I were thrown a very un expected curve from our builder who was supposed to build on this lot for us. They raised the price $116,000 after we had been under contract with them for 6 months. Bill went above and beyond the call of duty to get our lot on the market quickly, take pictures professionally, market it, field all offers, and advise on which offer was the best one for us.
