As an out of State Power of Attorney for my elderly aunt I had become responsible for the sale of her condo by a certain date. I had met Gary Blaine from John R. Wood during one of my trips to Florida to prepare for the sale. (A friend recommended) Gary was easy to work with, he understood my dilemma and went to work right away for me while guiding me through things since I live in Wisconsin. The sale and closing went through in less than a month on time. Everyone that I have dealt with were professional and driven to do the best, they did just that ! If I ever need Real Estate business again in Florida I will definitely be contacting Gary and John R. Wood Properties. I highly recommend!

Roc Fiedor was extremely helpful in locating the perfect property for us. Trying to buy a home from out-of-state during the pandemic was challenging to say the least. However, Roc's extensive knowledge of the surrounding market helped us navigate the process smoothly. He was professional, thoroughly answered all of our questions, and made plenty of time to familiarize us to the area. I would definitely use Roc again during future real estate purchases.

Robin Crudele is the best realtor anyone could possibly choose to work with when they are selling their property. No one else, other than Cheryl Allen, could have been more patient and understanding in working with my wife and me searching out properties we would move into. She was thorough and extremely knowledgeable of the Naples Florida area and the changing market dynamics. Kimberly and John are amazing Realtors who are so knowledgeable, helpful, and will go so far above and beyond to provide such a seamless smooth transaction! They are both so dedicated to give their clients the best possible service. They were able to obtain a full price offer on the 1st day on the market and then worked so hard to see every detail was taken care of through closing. If we decide in the future to buy again in the Naples area we would only work with the Salay team!
