We absolutely loved our experience with your agents. We began with Carol Fox in the winter of 2021 when we made a short trip to Naples to begin to explore the town and its neighborhoods. Carol was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and diligent. At that time we were not ready to make a decision. When we returned this year for the season, we had more time and, thanks to Carol, a much better sense of what we were looking for, where to look, and how to evaluate our options. We reached out to Carol by email when we arrived, requesting to meet to continue the process. Even though she was away on leave and out of the country, Carol quickly responded and let us know that although she was away, she would be happy to refer us to one of her highly-trusted colleagues, Beth McNichols. We then began working with Beth, who was also terrific. She is a delightful person who listened to our perceptions of what we were looking for and quickly and thoughtfully identified a range of options for us to see in a very tight and fast moving market. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time for us at our convenience to view properties and discuss options. She was attentive to our every wish and need, no matter how small. She adeptly shepherded us through the identification of our desired property, our offer and terms, the sales contract, the home owners' association application process, a meeting with the building manager, a home inspection, the repairs list, the follow up inspection, the closing, and the post-closing details. At each step, she was there for us in person, carefully attending to every detail. Because we settled remotely, she helped us to identify the closing attorneys and worked with them and us on a daily basis to ensure everything went smoothly. After the closing she arranged to get us the keys and met with our house watcher to review that process with him. And when Carol learned from Beth that we had purchased a property, she called us from abroad to congratulate us. We couldn't be happier with your team and their client-oriented service. They are true all stars, and we are so thankful to them for their help.

He took us to many neighborhoods to help us identify where we wanted to live and what type of home he wanted.
