Michael O'Brien Fort Myers, FL Fort Myers, FL | February 29, 2020 Verified review | RealSatisfied 5.0 Responsiveness 5.0 Market expertise 5.0 Negotiation skills 5.0 Professionalism & communication Kyra had a great understanding of the area and what we were looking for in a home. Since we were buying remotely she was able to send us listings of homes that met, or came close to meeting, our qualifications which greatly helped narrow down our search prior to travelling to the area to complete our home search. Throughout the process she stayed in touch and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. We would recommend Kyra to anyone looking for a home in the SWFL area.

Denise, Kentucky Punta Gorda, FL | March 27, 2020 Verified review | RealSatisfied 5.0 Responsiveness 4.0 Market expertise 5.0 Negotiation skills 5.0 Professionalism & communication Kyra went above and beyond for us. We were only in Florida for a few days and Kyra spent two full days showing us properties. After we finally found our dream home, there were several rounds of negotiations in the beginning and again after the home inspection and again after the appraisal, Kyra never lost her patience with us. Kyra is a professional and we would highly recommend her.

David Currie, Fort Myers Fort Myers, FL | April 23, 2020 Verified review | RealSatisfied 5.0 Responsiveness 5.0 Market expertise 5.0 Negotiation skills 5.0 Professionalism & communication My wife and I met Kyra at an open house. We were impressed at her knowledge and understanding of the area properties. We decided to ask her to show us other properties that fit our needs. She was right on with everything we were looking for. Due to her experience with the whole process (contracts, inspection, appraisal and mortgage Etc.), we found a property and closed within 30 days. All this within the beginning of the pandemic! We love our new place and couldn’t ask for a better experience with a great real estate agent whom we now call “friend”. Kyra is the best! Definitely recommend!!!
