Can't say enough about Deans assistance on our relocation from CT to Fort Myers. Dean spent 4 full days over two trips down to Fort Myers . And after Showing us at least a dozen properties we settled on a New Construction highly Recommended to us by Dean. He is very knowable of the entire, and We Highly recommend him to anyone Buying or selling Real Estate .

Dean was fantastic. Always available, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I loved the pictures and drone footage he had done to list the house. The house look amazing and we sold it for more than the asking price.

Matt was exceptional in every way. He made it possible for us to rent our home in Bellara for 6 months. He responded right away to texts/phone messages/emails. The couple who rented our home was shown it by Matt within 1/2 hour of their request! He was thorough. He made the agreement contract with Woods Associates and the signing contract very easy. The price for all his help was more than fair. He was encouraging, prayerful (per our initiation) and truly cared about us and about the folks seeking a rental in Ave Maria. He helped us so very much and we really appreciate him. We certainly would ask for his help in the future. Thank you for helping us rent July through December, a most difficult time to rent in Ave.

We worked with Ariel Lawrence and could not have been more pleased. Ariel was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable and communicative from the beginning of the process, all the way to our closing. Jerry & Lauren did a great job considering it was a dragged out, lenghty closing experience starting with a difficult if not impossible VA loan. We finaly closed with a more conventional loan as the buyers were very motivated to purchase our property. We have already submitted a testimonial under Frank Vana
