We have listed three homes in our ten years at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club and this team has always gone above and beyond. Not just to get our property sold at the best price, but to do it in a very efficient, expedient and most importantly painless manner. We always feel that they have our best interest as their top priority and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to sell within Miromar Lakes or elsewhere.

Pat was a true professional and his complete understanding of the marketplace makes him top notch. I bought four properties and will be using John R. Wood and Pat Deerborn for any future real estate needs. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to your clients. There is a reason Pat Deerborn is one of the best in Naples.

Karen Borelli was a dream to work with! She assisted my siblings and I with the sale of undeveloped property in Cape Coral, Florida. We live in the Midwest, and I was amazed at how seamless the process was, and how quickly Karen was able to field two different offers for the property. Our closing went smoothly and efficiently. Not only was Karen a pleasure to deal with, but she was incredibly responsive and patiently answered all of our questions within minutes. If an opportunity presents itself in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call Karen and John R. Wood Properties.
