Judy just helped buy our new home. We were so lucky to have her. She has several great qualities. She was very good at helping us focus on what we wanted in a home and evaluate the qualities of the homes we saw had and I whether they’re did or did not meet our expectations. Also given the difficult market that we were purchasing in and she supported us through thick and thin. She worked tirelessly for us. In the end we found the perfect house thanks to her and she helped us close the deal and took care of all the issues that came up. We couldn’t have been luckier than finding Judy to help us by our home.

Working with Joe Rivera was great. From the moment that we made contact with Joe, we were put on the path to a new home. Joe kept in contact with us every time a house came on the market. Living in Illinois and trying to purchase a home in Florida it a tough job. But working with Joe, I thought I was sitting at the table with him. Michelle Abner's warm welcome, knowledge of the property and willingness to engage in what became a 45 minute conversation during our visit to an Open House she was hosting led us to use her as our realtor. Days later she went above and beyond by showing us some different models available in Lighthouse Bay, one of which included her own home! We appreciated her very quick notification when a property became available, and that effort led to our successful purchase of the type of home we were hoping for. She also has assisted by taking some video of the property when we did a final walk through before closing, as there are tenants in the property for whom we must honor the lease.
