Oscar was fabulous! We saw a property we wanted to take a look at on a Sunday and he made himself available right away! The whole process with Oscar was seamless even as a hurricane was threating the area. He was always available with answers to our questions or to let us in the property if we needed it. Michael Soulard was excellent throughout and even after the purchase of our condo in The Strand. Being an out of state buyer we relied on Michael's referrals, from our inspector to the closing process, he assisted with excellent business contacts and referrals.
