Jim did a great job in putting together the pictures and sales materials for the property. He also quickly identified and contacted multiple potential buyers. While in the end another realtor brought the ultimate buyer, the peppery was sold in less than a week for the highest price in the Enclave even though we we out of season. Jim also was diligent in following up to make sure everyone was in order so that there were no hang ups or surprises at closing. Jim is a true professional.

Agent was willing to visit and video properties we were interested in, which allowed us to zero in on the perfect home from 2000 miles away. We actually went under contract without seeing the home in person. When we finally had the opportunity to see the home before closing we knew we had made the right choice, thanks in large part to the agent’s video and description.

If you get time we would like to provide some feedback on the listing agent that worked with Lisa--there are some opportunities for coaching him in ways to strengthen your brand, values and team work. lt seemed Lisa went the second mile to create a great experience for us while working through resistance from the other agent that seemed to be committed to the providing the minimum effort (toward us) to create a sale. If we were unaware of the relationship we would have thought the listing agent worked for another broker.

Lois Kluberdanz is wonderful! I got a mail out a couple of years ago and saved it, not knowing we would be selling our home. We call Lois and talked with her and chose her over several agents we had referred to us by friends. On the call we could tell she was the right agent for us! We where not wrong!!!!
