Joe Rivera impressed us w his knowledge of how to go about putting our house on the market the very first time we met w him. He was the third realtor we met w and we knew immediately that he was the one who could sell our home. He guided us through the process every step of the way. His advising as we came to contract was very beneficial. He is extremely courteous and helpful.
