Tade went beyond anything that could have been expected to close after the contract was submitted. We were out of the country. So she coordinated the last derails~~remial work, cleaning and the move, for example. Always with confidence and expertise. This is our third experience with this team. We met Tade & Emily at an open house where we were "just looking" to see what we might want to purchase a couple years down the road.
