Joe Rivera is a GREAT sales representative!!!!! He listened to everything we said about selling our home, and he made critical suggestions about the time frame of when we wanted to sell, the price we wanted to sell for and the things we needed to do before we put our home on the market. He was extremely attentive to our sale, asking Realtors who showed our house for the feedback they got form their buyers, and continuously made valuable suggestions about what we should be doing to meet our goals about selling for the right price, the timing of our sale and he was in constant contact with us all along the way, UNTIL we actually sold our home!!!
