Julie Oberlin is an absolutely PHENOMENAL realtor. She quickly figured out what we were wanting in a house when looking to buy. She set it up so we could get email about houses that fit our criteria as soon as they came on the market. She was always just a phone call away for any of our questions. She was able to locate a house for us and did a fabulous job with getting a contract in place quickly and with no hiccups! She is definitely the ONLY realtor we will ever use!!!

My husband and I moved across the country recently from MI to FL. We reached out to a realtor on Zillow and after setting things up he stopped responding. Mark suggested we reach out to Dean as he had worked with him previously, and that could not have been a better suggestion. Dean was prompt, informative, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. It was a stressful time for us to sell our house in MI and purchase a house in FL. Dean guided us throughout the whole process and answered every question. If there was something he didn't know he quickly reached out to resources to learn the answer. He frequently checked in with us just to see how we were doing with everything. The house we ended up purchasing was one that Dean found and put into the pile for us to view. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Dean.
