Lisa Kreps Blanchard was a dream to work with. She was on top of everything from the start. She worked hard to get the sale closed. No matter when I contacted her - early morning or later at night - she was always there to help. Her calm professionalism helped me get through it; she was dealing with me and three other members of my family, at times. That was not an easy thing. Joe Rivera went out of his way to help me purchase a property long distance (from PA) showing me video walkthroughs and recommended what he thought would be the most suitable property for my situation. He guided me through the maze of paperwork and when I arrived on site helped me with wiring the money, setting up utilities, etc. He was extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend him to someone else.
