One suggestion for ALL of your agents, include in the contract that the seller is responsible for having the property professionally cleaned prior to the buyer moving in. Thank You

Jennifer Warkel is a great agent!! I'm older and have bought and sold many properties and have dealt with many realtors. And I'm picky. She was one of the best realtors we've ever used. She communicated promptly and courteously, she listened to us (the client), she let us review the listing prior to posting it so we could make changes, (which many agents don't do) she's knowledgeable, and she looked out for our best interest. I would definitely recommend Jennifer!!
