Jeff was fast to catch on to our desires in a home. Knowing what we were looking for, what we had to have and what would be nice to have, and what we did not want at all, made it easy for Jeff to line up prospective properties and not waist our time looking at properties that didn't fit our needs and desires. This also made it easy to talk about properties whem we were not in town.

It was an extreme pleasure working with Chris and her amazing daughter. How can I begin to say how pleased we were with Beth McNichols handling our transaction for a home in Naples, FL. She was so professional, and very knowledgeable of the area. She has a very gentile way of approaching every situation. Knows the real estate market in Naples, FL from present day to historical information. i.e. builders in the area, their quality, etc. You can absolutely tell she loves what she is doing. And wants nothing but for her clients to be happy with their choice. We are going to use her again on the next transaction. Which will be very soon!

Mike Newes did a fantastic job for us...not only did he get our condo sold three days after it was listed, he negotiated a sale price $10,000 over asking.
