Sandy and Joe were excellent in so many ways. Selling a home can be an emotional event, and they handled the ups and downs very well. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They made many investments of time and energy to get the house into perfect condition (or as close as possible). In the end, both buyers and seller were happy with the outcome.

There was a realtor in our neighborhood selling a lot of houses. Neighbors said hire her hire her. I said to myself, no, I’m going with Jeanne Roedding at J. R. Wood. ( I bought the house through a J. R. Wood associate as well.) within seven days we sold at a price we had hoped to get. Oh, we used Jeanne to buy our new home as well. Thanks!!!

Julie Oberlin is the BEST realtor in SW Florida! She has such a can do attitude and is always willing and flexible to fit our needs. She did a great job helping us find the perfect house as well as utilizing all of her resources and connections to find a buyer for the house we were selling. She helped to make sure all of our transactions went smoothly from signing documents, lining up a fabulous lender, assisting with inspections and making sure that all things needed to be done for a successful closing happened. We have used her several times in the past and will continue to only use her for any and all of our buying/selling needs.

Julie Oberlin always makes things happen! She was able to find a buyer for our house as well as help us locate a new house. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate transaction process (paperwork, inspections, lenders, etc...) She makes the whole process go as flawlessly as possible. Jerry Digiacomo was excellent. He was patient with us, understood our needs and took his time to find the right property for us. His knowledge of the process, the area and the neighborhoods we looked as we second to none. Very informative and let us know what units/neighborhoods would work based on our needs.
