Grateful is the best word to describe my emotions. For so many years, We have dreamed of island living, watching the sunset, and hearing the sound of the ocean. This week, our dreams became reality. We are officially owners of a condo on Marco Island. Erin M. Risher and Doug Risher - the best real estate agents ever. They are now our lifelong friends.

We would not consider using any other agent than Mindy as she has handled multiple transactions for us and has always done a wonderful job.

Beth & Joe McNichols . are two of the best agents I have ever worked with. We have sold 5 homes and we could not ask for anyone to work as hard as they did. Started out by getting us more on the selling price then I thought we could get. Open house at perfect times. Steering us in right direction on who to fix things and many other calls and text on updates. John R Wood with outstanding Agents. I would not think about using anyone else. Thanks Team , Jim & Angela Girdley

Mark was awesome, made the process very easy. We were on the same page from beginning to counter offer and sold my home in less than one week. From the verbiage on the listing to the outstanding drone pics, I could not be more happier, Mark got the job done in fast professional manner.

The McNichols brought HEART to this process. They respected our property and treated it with love. They had so many tips and touches that added to the sale-ability of our home. Beth's and Joe's advice, help, and knowledge were amazing. We appreciate them very much and would highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure to work with Valerie and her team of professionals. Being from out of state, Valerie represented my family with integrity and class. Her team helped repair, clean, stage and take photos so we could get the maximum for our home. Our house looked so good we almost didn’t want to sell! We felt very comfortable with Valerie in charge of selling our home. I would highly recommend Valerie if anyone wants to buy or sell their home!
