We were called downtown to the office to meet Erin and explain what we were looking for. We were shown many condos. Each time we went to a showing, she listened carefully to our likes and dislikes. Each condo would become closer to what we were looking for until we found our dream vacation home. She didn’t care how many we had to go through before we found it. She has been so professional. Going back home to WI before closing, made us extremely nervous, but she reassured us through the entire process and answered our constant questions right up to the end. She was amazing and I would recommend he to anyone looking for a new home.

Erin is amazing. She listens to what your needs are and weeds out the ones that don’t fit that mold. Every day during our search, she would send us new listings she found, and then we would schedule tours to see the ones that appealed to us. It didn’t matter to her how many we went to, she just wanted us to find the perfect one - and we did! IIt had only been on the market one day! Throughout the process, Erin has been so professional yet treats you like you’re an old friend. We went back home before closing and she took care of everything, answering our non ending questions along the way. We always felt like we were her only concern throughout, even though she had other clients as well. I would tell anyone looking for their dream home to call Erin because hands down, she is the best!

This is my second transaction with Kimmy. Both times, we have had to do almost everything remotely as I was not in FL for the entire process. I have to say she went above and beyond to represent me. I have recommended her to several others seeking to buy or sell in the area.
