I would like to say a few words about the exceptional customer service Karen Brown has provided me during my resent trip to Punta Gorda. Being a Canadian looking for property in Florida wasn’t easy. However, Karen Brown walked me thru the buying process and has guided me from the first property I viewed, finding something I liked, to the closing which was completed recently. I can only say thank you Karen! For all your help and invaluable service you have provided me and may you get more Canadian your way as I will be sending them to you…

Karen is clearly knowledgable of the market, very organized and patient. She is well connected in the Emerald Pointe community and made some excellent suggestions regarding local professional painters and cleaners to help get my Mother's condo ready for sale. I hightly recommend her for your real estate needs.

My family and I recently looked at properties in Emerald Pointe, Punta Gorda. Karen is very knowledgeable about the association and the current challenges of buying property there. She was very prompt with getting back to us with information and answering any questions we had. She is honest and straightforward in her business dealings. we like that! We weren't able to make the deal happen on the unit we were interested in, but I feel confident that she will help us find one in the near future.

We spent a week looking at property in the Punta Gorda area with Karen and other agents. Having spent years in sales I have great respect for Karens professionalism and efficiency. Although we didn't close on a deal it was not her fault and she will be the first one we call we we head south to look for real estate again.
