Inasmuch as my wife and I are NOT full-time residents, Kellie and Mark were our eyes and ears on the ground. They went way beyond the traditional "sales agent" activities. They were completely engaged in contacting various tradesman in scheduling minor and miscellaneous repair items that needed to be addressed to complete the sale. Their efforts made the sale happen.
