Great personality! Optimistic; honest; friendly....a person that we enjoyed doing business with the third time around!! She was the seller of the 1st property in Florida that we purchased. We then had her sell that property for us and then we gave her the listing of our 2nd property which was a quick sell. Though we won't have the pleasure of her company any longer (snowbirds no more!) she was the bright spot and will miss her.

Jill was the best! Selling and moving are considered to be among the most stressful experiences in life, as we all know. Jill goes out of her way to make it as pleasant as she possibly can. The bottom line is that our experience with Jill was "Excellent". I don't believe there is a sales associate who would have a more intimate knowledge of The Colony than Jill, particularly the Towers. Jill's factual knowledge and historical perspectives were extremely beneficial as we researched our options. Her even temperament and unbiased insights smoothed the troubled waters of negotiations. She represented both the buyer and seller......and handled the potentially challenging negotiations in a very professional, unemotional manner. My wife and I don't feel that we could have had a better partner in pursuing our desire to have a home in the Colony.
