I was relocating to Naples from NC and had very little knowledge of the area. I was referred to Karyn Samuel and she surpassed my expectations! She immediately gave me great feedback on locations that fit my lifestyle and budget. I never would have found the community where I ended up purchasing without her. I had a challenging building process and Karyn was involved every step of the way. She was an advocate for me here while I went back to NC to sell my home and pack up. Karyn was great, she was professional even when other potential buyers were not. She never let her ego get in the way of the deal. She was calm and cool throughout. Our closing was pretty smooth but had the potential to blow up if not for an experienced psychiatrist or I mean agent on our side, like Karyn.

Rowan and Karyn Samuel were the best! They encouraged me to do what ended up being the right things to do to present the home in the best possible light. They had a repertoire of vendors to recommend that were quick to work on improvements with pricing that seemed reasonable. They also had knowledge in how to price the house so it fit well in this difficult market. Through the whole process they had organized lists and 'to do's" that kept me as a seller on track so each step of the way went as easily and seamlessly as possible. I feel very fortunate that they were the team representing this listing.
