There are 2 types of people in this world; those who make things happen and those who say "what happened"? I recently listed my home in southwest Florida and chose Blair White and John R Wood to list the property. From the onset, Blair was up front and realistic about market condition and the housing environment here in the greater Naples area. Blair pays VERY close attention to detail and din't miss a beat throughout the whole process. His follow up was impeccable and he truly cares about his clients, easily relating to the occasional stresses that frequently come with selling a home. Blair also went out of his way to maintain a constant line of communication with my wife and I, giving us steady updates on everything pertaining to our listing. He has great market knowledge, was always on time, and provided us with a written list of what we were to see every day, which was a tremendous help as we saw ten to twelve house a day. Blair White is an amazing person and an exceptional agent. I leaned heavily on his expertise of the city/subdivisions. He pointed me to Arboretum after hearing my desires and constraints. Then he handled the walk-thru and punch list like a pro, as I could not attend in person. He shared everything with me via FaceTime so I knew exactly what was going on though-out the process. Blair is absolutely amazing with his knowledge about Naples and the surrounding area. He was able to secure our commercial lease for us as well as showing us a few homes since we will be buying in the near future.
