If you are buying a home in SWFL, and you are crazy if you aren’t buying now, then run don’t walk to John R Wood Properties and demand that Lisa Blanchard be your realtor! Her experience and market knowledge has made buying and selling a home seamless and easy. Oh yes- and they will make you a lot of money! Lisa Blanchard was absolutely awesome to work with! She was very attentive to our needs, answered our questions very quickly and was beyond helpful in the buying of our FL home. She had so much knowledge and experience to share and knew the area quite well. We appreciated all the time she spent with us, showing us places, taking her weekend and nights to help with things and essentially was there for us all the time. She had the patience of a saint working with the sellers agent, who couldn’t have been more difficult. Lisa kept her business attitude and determination, and just got the job done.
