I've known Sondra about one year since we made contact and communicated about my interest in relocating and purchasing a house in Port Charlotte Florida. We couldn’t have been happier with Jill and Angela. They were professional, as well as kind, patient and caring, in every step of the process. They persisted with potential buyers, even in a somewhat slow market and were flexible when minor problems and repairs arose. They went above and beyond in assisting us as remote sellers which we truly appreciated, since we were dealing with health issues at home. Alysia was my agent and sold my house in three months in a very slow market. I was thrilled. She always kept me informed about the Open House inquiries. She had many Open Houses and that is how the Condo was sold! I happened to be in another state when I was selling this property, Alysia went above and beyond her duties as a realtor.
