Kellie and Mark did everything right. From the pre-market phase - photos, property description, staging the home so that it looked great but was still comfortable to live in, all completed before listing was published. They accompanied all the potential customers touring the home snd kept us informed. When we got to the negotiation stage, they offered cogent advice that quickly led to a mutually agreeable closing. It was all aces with Mark and Kellie.

Kellie was very hands on and deeply involved in marketing our home. She has in-depth knowledge in the real estate market. What really impressed us was the way she made the "showings" process less painful. She would text us to let us know when an agent was finishing showing our house so that we could return to our home promptly (this was important since I work from home and also had to take our 2 pets with us each time in the car). Kellie is quick to respond to any question and it seems to me she was available any time of day. In fact, I asked her if she ever sleeps. I recommend Kellie to anyone looking for a very personable, knowledgeable and involved - hands on agent,
