I researched intensively to find a realtor who would really listen to my preferences and requirements for a new home; assess my needs and wants and then identify compatible areas and homes in the price range I designated (and having construction that would meet my approval); consolidate showings efficiently (since I was coming from out of town); and be available for questions, revisions, etc. Jill met all of these criteria and more; she was truly amazing every step of the way, including the post-closing transition to my new home. She also exhibited unbelievable patience throughout the process, never once making me feel bothersome as I pummeled her with questions and changes. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Bonita Springs and Estero areas!

We just never had such a delightful experience in the purchase or sale of a home. We rate her at the very top of the very best realtors. She supervised the packing of our furniture, the loading of the furniture, the arrangements and move of our car, the repairs that were needed at the condo and she even packed and shipped some of the household goods herself without any compensation.
