Lorri Bruno is one of the most professional, honest and reliable realtors we've ever had the pleasure of working with. She listened to our needs and showed us ANY house that we wanted to see. She truly made us feel like we were her only client. She ALWAYS had time for us and took us out sometimes with very little notice. We both combed the new houses listed and went right out to see them without any compliants from Lorri. Her negotiating skills are absolutely flawless. She really does follow through with everything that she says. We could not have asked for a better closer! We plan to hire Lorri to sell our current house in the next month or so. Mario is amazing!! I had a bad experience with another realtor and Mario was the complete opposite. He helped me buy my dream house. This process was very stressful but having him by my side made it better. Mario would text and call me to keep me updated which I really appreciate!

Mario was very easy and flexible to work with, always answered me in a timely manner no matter how dumb the question was. Also, helped me get pre approved within one day of consultation, and closed within a month! When touring houses he was very knowledgeable about every aspect from electrical, to plumbing all, to structural, Mario was able to answer almost all of my questions. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a house to him, especially first time home buyers.

Mario is extremely knowledgeable in knowing how much to list a home especially in a seller’s market. He knew which potential buyer’s were in the best situation for a smooth transaction. Mario was very quick with setting up appointments to look at homes and always got back to us super quick!

Working with Mario to purchase our first home was like working with a friend! He helped us find just what we were looking for even as our needs changed. He was incredibly patient and understanding of what we were looking for and willing to go see any house we were interested in. He was understanding and easy to talk to which made the process incredibly easier. Mario worked tirelessly and was prompt in all of his responses to us at any time of day or night! Mario is incredibly professional, kind and easy to talk to. Buying a home for the first time is a very arduous process but Mario made it feel easy and attainable.
