We first met Cara when renting a condo on Marco Island. She was well organized and made it a simple process to rent the unit and and enjoy the week.Based on those first impressions it was an easy decision for us to work with Cara when we decided to look into buying a home in the area. We made two trips back down, both on relatively short notice, but Cara was able to quickly understand what we were interested in and line up a number of showings that matched our criteria. She came fully prepared with detailed information on each property and, on the rare occasion that she didn't already have something, quickly found the answers.Cara also did a great job in walking us through the closing. She arranged for the property inspection and helped coordinated the entire closing the process so that it went smoothly even though we were remote the entire time.We found Cara to be professional, personable, knowledgeable, and well connected. When it comes time to make our next move we will certainly use her as our real estate agent.

Jeanne provided outstanding assistance throughout the process from identification of properties, assessment of properties viewed, transaction closing and even helping to clean out the purchased unit when the Sellers left a large amount of junk in the condo.
