Our experience was great. I'm filling out the tax information on the tourist tax website. I would suggest that when your agents go over the contract, they'd let you know how to file for the tax payment. I did figure it out, but would have done it sooner if I'd known how to set up a tax account for Collier and the state of Fl. Thank you.

I appreciated and relied upon Mary Jo’s experience and knowledge in helping me locate and purchase my new property. Her great attention to detail was extremely valuable, especially in negotiating some of the finer points as we approached our closing date. I would not hesitate to use her again and I would highly recommend her.

Mary Jo is the best agent we have ever had. She consistently went over and above our expectations. As an example she met our movers at the storage facility and waited for them to unload. Then took the locker key to WBC director to await our arrival.
