Debbie was excellent in every aspect! Selling a property while being out-of-state is challenging. Debbie stepped in and was there to allow the painters, carpet installers, appliance delivery people, and repairmen into our condo. She communicates well--always promptly responded to e-mails, phone calls, and texts. Her knowledge of the area was top notch, and her recommendations were solid. She stayed on top the selling process and kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend her without hesitation to all of our family and friends.

Debbie was very responsive to our requests prior to our arrival in Naples, and the amount of time that we had to look at properties was limited. She knew exactly what we wanted and did not spend much time looking at listings that did not meet our needs. The unit that we purchased was the second unit that she showed us. We were not available to be at the passing and Debbie handled all of the details for us. I would recommend Debbie to any and all of my friends that may want to relocate in Naples.
