Kellie Brown was the most professional, helpful realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Although she was contracted by the seller in our transaction, Ms. Brown explained to us that she "represented the transaction" and she more than proved that statement to us. Ms. Brown always answered our questions via text or phone and explained everything until we were more than comfortable. Honesty and Integrity…. what more can you ask for in a realtor! In 2014 we called 3 Realtors to come over to our home and discuss the sale of it. Only Kellie showed up and we immediately connected with her. We decided not to list it at that time. Two years later we decided to sell again and hired Kellie without looking at anyone else. She gave us great staging ideas and after several showings and no offers we decided to take her advice to redo the kitchen, two bathroom counters, paint the interior, new light fixtures, and new appliances. She gave us a recommendation for Carlos to do the job and he performed great work. Kellie and Mark were relentless to sell the home giving us advice as to the price and they were there if we needed contractors to do work and they even put back together our kitchen after the work was completed (we live in California). They also were there when we needed one of our blinds replaced, a toilet and some French doors fixed as a result of the Buyer's inspection. A couple months after the kitchen was completed we received an offer which wasn't very favorable so we worked with Kellie and Mark to negotiate and they were instrumental in getting a fairly good price as we had already bought another home in Naples and needed to sell quickly. All ended up well and we would recommend them both to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. We also appreciate all the little things they do as Realtors, such as taking our numerous calls and providing up to date listings of comps in the area.

There aren't enough superlatives in the dictionary to express how I feel about Kellie Brown and Mark Edwards. They were absolutely outstanding in their handling of our transaction from beginning to end. I don't think any other realtors would have shown such dedication and perseverance in a very difficult market, and consequently we were able to realize our dream to move from Florida to Arizona in such a timely fashion, giving us the ability to buy the home we had our eyes on for months. Kellie and Mark are true treasures. I consider them both good friends as well as fantastic realtors.
