Karyn Samuel has to be the BEST Realtor I have ever dealt with. Extremely personable, efficient, caring,and very pleasant. Karyn’s follow through was second to none. She said she would find the residence we were looking for and 1 Week later we signed a contract for a perfect location. 10 Stars are not adequate to express our appreciation for Karyn. I would prefer not to engage in a short video - camera shy! Karyn was professional and efficient and addressed my concerns in an empathetic way. She and Rowan sold my property promptly. I enjoyed working with them both -- they're great people!

I was relocating to Naples from NC and had very little knowledge of the area. I was referred to Karyn Samuel and she surpassed my expectations! She immediately gave me great feedback on locations that fit my lifestyle and budget. I never would have found the community where I ended up purchasing without her. I had a challenging building process and Karyn was involved every step of the way. She was an advocate for me here while I went back to NC to sell my home and pack up. Karyn Samuel is the concierge of real estate agents, and the only agent we will ever trust with our home buying and selling needs. Karyn's proactive, meticulous and expert attention to detail at every step of the process turned selling our home (normally a stressful, burdensome process) into a complete breeze. Given our family's travel and work schedule, we had very little time to devote to getting our Park Shore home ready for sale, and Karyn stepped up and filled each need. She suggested the minor repairs we needed, arranged vendors for estimates, was present at the house for the execution of the repairs, staged the home beautifully, hired professional photographers to produce gorgeous photos for the listing (including aerial drone shots), held broker and public open houses, and priced the house accurately and ambitiously. Because of Karyn's skill in preparing the house for sale, marketing, and her precision pricing, we had a winning offer the first day our home hit the market -- at a price that exceeded our expectations. Her background as an attorney was an excellent asset in terms of negotiations with the buyer, inspections and financing, all of which saved us money and headaches. Karyn was our agent in the purchase of our home as well, and was equally impressive in that transaction. The Samuel Team was invaluable to us! We needed someone whom we could trust to work in our best interest since we are out-of-state and who would be involved enough to be our eyes and ears. Rowan paid personal attention to the property which gave us a lot of comfort. Rowan also had a lot of knowledge of the local real estate market which was very helpful as well as the ability to market our property outside of the Naples area.

We listed our home with the The Samuel Team; there very professional and thorough. We've sold 6 houses in the past and this was the best experience we have ever had selling a house.
