Isabelle was the third realtor who we had met while looking at houses. She was the only one who understood the local market and truly listened to her clients. She followed up on any request for information we had with a detailed response within hours. Similar request to previous realtors were either ignored or required a follow up request to obtain the correct response.

We never met Stacy (or Scott although we did speak with him a few times on the phone). Our main contact was the office manager, MaryJo Mansfield. She was very helpful and had great suggestions regarding what to leave and how to prepare for showings. MaryJo let us know feedback after each showing and after we got an offer and after the inspection she and Mary (closing agent) provided a handyman and an electrician to satisfy the items listed. Mary was very helpful with all the closing information letting us know what and when things would happen.

Everything was great working with Mindy. If it was not for her contacts and experience we would not have found the house we bought and love and at the same time sell our condo quickly and at a great price in the current market. Roger Hill came highly recommended by my daughter's mother in law. He has the perfect character and qualifications for assisting people in finding the kind of property they are seeking and instinctively notices what pleases and what does not please them.
