It is hard to sell long distance but Cheryl took care of every problem that popped up and kept us well apprised of what was happening the whole time. The process was as painless as she could make it for us and we appreciate all of her efforts.

I've known Cheryl since 2012. She helped my husband and I buy a condo at Pelican Landing in 2012. When my husband passed away, I decided to put the condo up for sale August of 2016.
