I've known Dan for a few years because we are neighbors so when I found a few properties I wanted to look at here in the same community, I called him up to see if he could show them to me and the process started. Dan was very responsive, helpful and diligent throughout the entire process; in some cases, he went above and beyond what is expected of most realtors. I would definitely recommend him!

Excellent team to work with. Extremely knowledgeable about the homes for sale in the area and provided guidance on what to beware of as we viewed homes. Dan and Sharon are experts at listening to our requirements changed over several months and brought us to view only homes which met our requirements thus not wasting time. We were lucky to work with such a professional team!

The most professional real estate agents I have worked with. They sold my condo within days (full asking price) and then went to work finding my dream house.... I love my home! They found a home that met all my requirements. I don't plan on moving any time in the near future, because I love where I live!, but if I do, this is the team I will use.
