Denise was outstanding from start to finish! There were 10 condos for sale on our street. She used every marketing avenue and many open houses to get our place shown. In a stalled real estate market, she sold our house in 100 days before the season ended! We were thrilled. Through the very daunting inspection process, she was all over every item to make sure it was completed and the sale went through without any issues. Highly recommend Denise Joyce!

Denise Joyce is an extremely professional and knowledgeable agent. Ms Joyce explained to me in detail in what her services would entail in listing and selling my condo. She worked closely with me in ensuring the condo was ready for showings and put her own personal touches in ensuring everything looked pristine and decorated for all showings. Denise was great. The search for a place was tough because of the competition but she was right on top of every opportunity and we were able to find the right place. I doubt if we would have been as successful with anyone else because she was on to us as soon as a property was listed and we were pretty much first in line to view (and offer). Denise kept us on track with all the requirements for closing. I have had a number of property transactions in the last 40 years and this one I remember best because it was painless.
