We really enjoyed working with the Samuel Team. We have moved several times and found the Samuel's to be hands on, easy to reach, and extremely knowledgeable about location, schools, and neighborhoods. They were always ready at the drop of hat to show us what we wanted. The house we ended up buying was one I did NOT want to see, the pictures were horrible. But Rowan said..."just go look at it, you never know what is not in the pictures". Well needless to say, fell in love and made an offer right away! I cant imagine ever moving but if we do Rowan and Karyn will be the first people we call!

I had the opportunity to work with the Samuals team when looking for a new home, They took what is normally a stressful and nerve wracking decision and made it easy, informed and comfortable for me and my family. Rowan & Karen listened to my needs and wants, as a single mother I wanted to find a larger home for my family but needed to stay in the school district my kids were currently in. My husband and I had the opportunity to work with The Samuel Team when we relocated to Naples, FL from Massachusetts. Not only did they do an excellent job helping us locate the perfect home, Karyn also spent a lot of time on the phone with me informing me about the Naples community at large and reassuring me that this was a wonderful community for families. When we relocated I had very specific requests for a house: the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and the type of community we wanted to live in. Karyn listened to my desires and found us a bunch of options that fit all of my requests. In addition to an extensive knowledge of the inventory available in Naples, The Samuel Team was also worked VERY hard to negotiate the best price on our home based upon their knowledge of the pricing in the area. They were not going to let us overpay! They also had comprehensive knowledge of the community and were able to give me invaluable information regarding the school system and recreation opportunities. Since the purchase of our home, we have called on The Samuel team for recommendations of electricians, handymen and other professionals in the community and they have always been there with excellent recommendations. I would highly recommend working with The Samuel if you are looking for a home in the Naples area, they don't just treat you like an important client, they treat you like a friend.

My wife and I flew into Naples for five days (she for the first time) and spent 2 ½ days with Rowan. Even though he knew we had a prior obligation to first visit Marco Island and the Lely Resort with another broker, he was faithful to the task throughout and during his 2 ½ days found us the home we desired most. He provided great bidding advice; we had an accepted offer within a week after departing, and he helped renegotiate and keep the transaction alive after an inspection determined the roof would need immediate replacement. Through the entire process he demonstrated the highest ethics, unpressured determination, and outstanding knowledge and competence.
