Kellie researched the sales in our community over the past several quarters and years. She had that information in a printed graph for us at our initial meeting. She was there with us for every step of the selling process, communicating and guiding but never pushing. Kellie went above and beyond, working while away on her vacation; even stepping in to wait for a contractor because this is our second home and we live out of state. Kellie and her husband Mark were invaluable in helping us sell our home. The process was difficult at times, especially dealing with the selling agent. They both went above and beyond our expectations. According to Kellie, this was the "hardest deal I've ever had to close", yet never, throughout the entire process did she waver from her dedication to excellent customer service. Mark was also a huge help and even did small repairs around the house when we couldn't be there to help ensure that everything was in good order before closing. I would recommend them both in a heartbeat.
