I can't put into words what a super job Kimberly did throughout the entire purchasing process. She found us a fantastic property that not only met our criteria, but exceeded it. As a single parent of 3 young children, I needed a realtor that took initiative and was ready to work around my busy schedule. I have worked with many realtors in the past and I can honestly say that Kimberly is by far the most down to earth, hard working, and dedicated realtor around. She has great negotiating skills, she's very organized, and very assertive. She's a real "Go Getter". She does not try to sell you a home because it benefits her. She wants her client to be happy with the house that is presented to them even if it means backing out of a deal. She makes sure that the client is getting the best deal possible in the best areas around. Working with Kimberly is truly like working with family. It was a joy to have Kimberly as our real estate agent when we purchased our condo. Take all the superlatives you can think of: professional, caring, persistent, generous with her time, integrity, always available, sense of humor, individual oriented, tenacious, creative, ... And more! Kimberly is too good to be true, but is. We were looking for a Seasonal Rental in Naples and I was ready to give up because it seemed everything we liked was already rented. Kimberly said: "No, I'll find it." And she did: exactly what we wanted. I have dealt with many agents over the years, but none as good as Kimberly!!!
