Marie was very up front and honest with her feedback and told me to do the same. If I didn't like the property she was showing us at the time she allowed me to discuss with her the reasons why so she could eliminate any others that were similar. She is very familiar with Naples and knew exactly where we should look for what we were telling her about the neighborhoods we would like. After a few days of looking at some ok properties and some not ok properties she found one in the right neighborhood for us and with all the items on my wish list. I loved the house immediately and she took over for us regarding the offer we wanted to make and all the points we should know before making this big of a decision. Her expertise is invaluable for home buyers. I respect her knowledge of Naples and the properties she showed us.
