My husband and I worked with Shannon Lefevre to both buy and sell real estate in Naples, FL. From start to finish, the Smart Girl did not disappoint. We worked with Shannon Lefebvre on both the buy ( St Raphael at Pelican Bay) and sell ( Breakwater at Pelican Bay) sides of Naples real estate deals this winter. We found Shannon great to work with ,guiding us through a buy/move /sell in less than 3 months. She posesses an encyclopedic knowledge of the Naples market,develops and executes well thought buy/sell strategies,and most importantly works with a"get it done now" attention to all the details which we apppreciated and made it much easier for us. In the end we have a great new St Raphael home and more proceeds than than we expected from our Breakwater sale. Shannon was a very hands on agent. Ended up working with her passively for a few years, and she quickly understood what I wanted and needed. When the right opportunity presented itself, she correctly said I should move forward with the opportunity. A pleasure to do business with. Feel like I left no money on the table(which is always a huge plus when buying!)

Shannon helped us with buying a condo in 2011, buying a larger condo in 2014 and selling the condo we bought in 2011 in 2015. She was extremely professional in all these transactions and very helpful. Her website is very informative and is utilized by many many people. She made the transaction happen when we bought in 2011. Her negotiating skills are excellent! I called her after seeing her website and she responded immediately and had 15 showings for us lined up. She understood the neighborhood we were looking at and also understood us and what we were looking for. When we bought a larger condo in 2014, we went back to Shannon, she showed us exactly what we wanted to see and we made an offer immediately. She arranged for the condo that we were selling to be staged and that also made such a difference in the sale. She is highly competent!
