Susan was attentive and supportive to my position throughout the period. She gets 5 stars from us. My problems and dissatisfaction was w/ the other ( buyer's) agent... also a John R Wood employee. She handled the negotiation of the sales contract with her colleague ( Susan)) right down to each detail of personal property being conveyed. Yet she failed to prepare properly for the closing and didn't read her own file ( which had all the answers to the questions and concerns that needlessly arose during the closing and which caused numerous ,time consuming delays). She was certainly pleasant , etc. during the last minute walk through of my premises but then conveyed totally erroneous information to buyer's attorney ( which she would have known was false ...had she taken the time to review her file containing the actual contract and property lists ! That caused further delays and consternation for everyone. Then, she had to come back and do everything over again ( and she offered no apology for the problems and delays she caused by her disregard of even the most basic preparation steps). The actual closing took much more time than necessary and I feel her whole approach to the closing was lackadaisical and unprofessional. She even brought her young child with her when she conducted her initial last- minute walk through with the"... I hope you don't mind..." salutation. What could anyone say to that?

Yes, Susan was my sister's real estate agent. Susan was very reassuring thoughout the process. She was always available and willing to help. Susan was great in getting us acclimated with the different neighborhoods in the Naples area. Coming from out of state with limited time in Naples, this was most helpful. We worked with her for over a year and are very happy with the neighborhood and home that we purchased. Susan was very responsive in answering our many questions on area, and the details of the transactions.
