Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Five star rating to Tracy. She went above and beyond in staging our house to look as good as possible. She was always optimistic, calm and reassuring when we were panicking. I don't think I've ever had a realtor take as much care and interest in selling a property as Tracy did. I would highly recommend her as a agent and John R. Wood Properties is lucky to have her.

This was our third transaction with Tracy and we are using her again for our 4th, both on the buy and sell side. She is very responsive, attentive, detailed and professional. After working with several other agents in the area she has quickly distinguished herself as our "go-to" gal.

I found this one of the best experience working with a realtor. Everyone was helpful and kept my sister and I informed about each transaction. I would highly recommend them!

Tracy was knowledgeable and very responsive. We especially liked her because she was succinct in her communications. She did a nice job staging the unit and did a lot to alleviate concerns about what to do about the condo contents. We found her trustworthy and straightforward. She knows what she is doing!

I gave Tracy her first 2 sales in 2015. She has become the best Realtor going overboard helping getting the job done! She staged my place so good the buyers loved it & bought all furniture! This sale was my 5th sale with Tracy..

I would prefer not to be on a video. But would suggest Tracy to anyone whom inquired with me about a realtor.
